We endeavour to provide the best service to our customers however on rare occasions we recognise there may be times when our customers may not be completely satisfied. To ensure we are able to put things right please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRAIL (LARGE WORKS)
Our large works department is headed up by Mark Lines.
Mark oversees tenders for commercial and industrial installations and monitors and controls the works from start to completion. We undertake complete electrical installations and / or refurbishments to include, but not limited to, the following sectors:
* Schools / Colleges / Universities
* Factories / Industrial Units
* Electrical Distribution
* Commercial / Industrial Kitchen Electrics
* Small Power
* Fire Alarms
* Security Systems
* Data Installation
* Testing to BS7671
DOMESTIC / SMALL COMMERCIAL (SMALL WORKS)
Our small works department is run by our managing director Stephen. Stephen was an on-call electrician for 15 years before running a small works team. He now runs our small works electricians who carry out works for members of the public, housing associations and small businesses. Services include but are not limited to:
* Electrical testing to NICEIC approved certification
* Fault finding
* Cooker installation
* Shower installation
* Replacement sockets / lights / switches
* Emergency lighting installation / maintenance / testing
* Fire alarm installation / maintenance / testing
For a small electrical job such as a cooker installation or to change a light pendant our call-out rate is £54.00 plus VAT for the first hour on site, any additional hours are £32.00 plus VAT per hour. If the works are for a day or more then we simply charge £32.00 plus VAT per hour per electrician. No hidden shocks or surprises. If it is possible we are happy to provide a quotation before undertaking any works.
